We had the most unforgettable night kayaking experience during our stay. The guides, Josh, Paul, and Paul A, made it even more amazing. Even though it was a year ago, we're sure the current guides will provide an equally memorable experience!

The cost was a bit high, and checking out took a while, but the bell hop, restaurant, and bar staff were friendly and attentive.

Aqua terra restaurant, which can be found only 600 ft away, was a fast option. We really loved service and the food and everything supplied for our vacation. Morningstar Beach was 600 feet from the hotel.

Beautiful location, friendly service, wonderful views from the room. It was 2 miles from Emancipation Garden. We enjoyed that the shuttle was provided.

Staff were poor. Reception on arrival was the worst I've ever experienced. Despite arriving 1.5 hours after check in, the room was not ready.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel with its comfortable rooms and beautiful views. The pools were very nice, although there could have been more chairs for the crowd. The waiter at the Blue Restaurant provided outstanding service. The beaches were like the ones you see in pictures, with clean waters, a nice temperature, and unforgettable natural beauty. The beach bars were convenient and added to the overall experience.

The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear waters and a picturesque setting. The location was also convenient, with a ferry adjacent to the hotel that allowed easy travel to nearby sister islands. the on-site restaurant provided a delicious breakfast, although a bit on the expensive side.

The local transportation options were quite pricey, making it challenging to explore other locations outside of the resort. some of the restaurant options on the beach were of poor quality and had limited menu choices.

The view from the high floor of the resort was amazing. The service was also very good. The shuttle service was helpful to move from one part of the resort to the other.

the beach was quite far from the room and there were no easy access to the beach towels. The elevators were sometimes slow and the wait was frustrating.

I stayed in a tower beside the main tower at this hotel and the location was great. I had easy access to the Coco Joe's restaurant and enjoyed the beautiful views from the cliff. The room was clean and had a nice view of the surrounding area. I also appreciated the friendly staff and their helpful service.

The pool was unheated, which made it a bit chilly for a swim.

The hotel rooms are perfectly situated right on the beach with ocean front views. The beds and linens are comfortable, and extra pillows provided. Ice maker in the room is a convenient feature. The location is amazing, with a great beach and stunning views. The staff is helpful and friendly. Coconut Joe's offers stellar service for breakfast and cocktails.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, right in the heart of a shopping center with a grocery store and post office nearby. The service here is top-notch, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room pristine. With shops and commercial services available, we were able to find everything we needed without even leaving the hotel. The valet parking was a nice touch, and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The tours and ticket assistance made it easy for us to explore the area, and the happy hour at the bar was a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Amazing beach and infinity pool! The lounge chairs were very comfortable, and the bar in the water was so cool. We enjoyed the complementary Fourth of July celebration with a movie on the beach and s'mores. The bartender was super friendly and made us feel special. We also loved the beautiful views of the ocean and Charlotte Amalie bay.

The food was rather average and overpriced. Some doors and windows were not clean, and rugs in the hallways looked worn out.
